Yogi Accounts Pricing and Services:

I run a small professional accountancy practice and I charge very reasonable fees when compared to most other accountants. Charging less does not mean that you receive a reduced service, and by way of a brief explanation, my fees are less because I work from my home office and having no staff, my overheads are very low, and I can pass this saving on to my clients. My rates to Yoga teachers and other similar therapist are reduced by 20% compared with my standard charges because I value the benefits that Yoga can provide to all. Finally, being small with low overheads, I am not registered for VAT, meaning that for all non-VAT registered clients (which would cover most Yoga Teachers) there is an additional saving of 20% on your final bill. Below I give a list of charges, based on the average client, which should be fairly accurate, although the final price depends on your individual business and circumstances. I am happy to agree a fixed fee before starting any work, and in most cases will be as per the charges shown.

Once a fee is agreed and you become a client, I send you a letter of confirmation outlining the basis of any agreement, services being offered for the fee. The fee becomes payable on completion of your accounts and tax return, and I appreciate prompt payment, so that I can keep my charges low. Fees may be spread by monthly payments in advance by standing order, if this would be helpful and we accept card payments.

The figures below make the following assumption – that you to keep records of your income and expenses, preferably in a digital format, such as an accounting programme or spreadsheet. From these, I can produce a set of income and expenses or profit and loss account which will provide the information for your tax return and proof of your annual profits. I am happy to advise on record keeping if required. General tax and financial advice are included in your fee.
